Heggies Vineyard Estate Riesling is sourced from a selection of estate blocks in the high country of the Eden Valley, situated at 500 metres altitude.

The grapes are picked in the cool of the night and swiftly transported to the winery. Only the free run juice is taken for fermentation at cool temperatures using aromatic yeasts. No oak is used in order to retain freshness and fruit purity in the final wine.

Straw green, Heggies Vineyard Estate Riesling has citrus notes, slatey texture and a natural acid drive. Cellaring potential is seven years.
